Free standard shipping is offered on all orders, this including tracking.
Please ensure you enter correct address details as unik holds no responsibility for loss or theft of mail that may occur.
unik takes supreme care in the packing of our products to ensure safe delivery.
If a breakage has occurred during postage, please contact us within 2 days of receiving our product via our contact form or via email firstname.lastname@example.org. Please provide photo evidence of the breakage and of the unlit wick. We will organise it’s return with you & then a replacement.
All prices are displayed and processed in Australian Dollars (AUD$).
returns & exchanges
Your satisfaction is our priority. Each Item sold by unik charm candles is carefully inspected and hand packed for delivery. However If you happen to receive the wrong product or if you believe your product has a fault, please get in touch with us within 48 hours of products being received. You can do this via the contact form or please email; email@example.com.
Please note we do not give refunds for change of mind so please choose carefully.
Returned products must be in its original condition and packaging. Returned goods must be received within 7 days from the date of goods received with proof of purchase. Goods will be inspected prior to the refund or exchange being processed. unik reserves the right to deny a refund or replacement at their discretion.
